Exchanges & Refunds
Sizing Issues
In cases where there are sizing issues, we will only be able to offer you an exchange for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you store credit valid.
However, the return courier charges will have to be borne by the customer since we calculate only one time freight cost in our product costing in order to keep the product prices affordable.
Reverse Couriers
The exchange courier charges will have to be borne by the customer.
Faulty/Damaged Product
In case, you receive a faulty/ damaged product, kindly reach out to us within 24 hrs of receiving the product with your order number and an image or description of the issue. Our team will reply to you within 24hrs and proceed with the exchange subject to examination of damages. The piece(s) can only be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Customised Products
We do not accept any exchanges on customized products as they are made to order and will end up as dead stock otherwise leading to wastage! If you are getting an order customised, please make sure you provide adequate information about the required customisation that you wish to have.
In case, you do not wish to exchange your product right away and wish to wait for the next collection, we will issue you a credit note which can be availed within a period of 1 year.
Shipping Policy
Dispatch & Production
We believe in minimum wastage and hence follow a just-in-time manufacturing system. We generally take about 5-6 working days to handcraft each order.
Delivery
We generally take about 5-6 working days to handcraft each order. Once dispatched, DOMESTIC SHIPPING takes 5-7 business days depending upon the location of delivery. Our warehouse is based out of a small city in the National Capital Region - Panipat and all shipments are manufactured and dispatched from here.

In case there is a delay in production, we will immediately contact you regarding the same. We have carefully chosen delivery providers due to their reputations for prompt and reliable services. Despite this, deliveries are occasionally delayed, we're really sorry about that and request for your patience and support.

Process
Once you have entered all the order details, you will be directed to the payments page. You can either choose to pay using a Debit/Credit card, or, you can choose COD as your payment option and pay using cash at the time of delivery. We also accept payments through Bank Transfer/Paytm/GooglePay and other UPI methods.

In case, you have placed a COD order and later wish to make it a prepaid order, you can get in touch with us via call/email and our team will share a payment link with you. Once the payment is received, the order will be marked paid from our end and will be treated as a prepaid order.
