We work round the clock to make sure that the finest quality products reach you! However, we do understand that at times the physical product might not match your expectation perfectly and therefore provide an exchange policy.

Sizing Issues
In cases where there are sizing issues, we will only be able to offer you an exchange for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you store credit valid.
However, the return courier charges will have to be borne by the customer since we calculate only one time freight cost in our product costing in order to keep the product prices affordable.
Reverse Couriers
The exchange courier charges will have to be borne by the customer.
Faulty/Damaged Product
In case, you receive a faulty/ damaged product, kindly reach out to us within 24 hrs of receiving the product with your order number and an image or description of the issue. Our team will reply to you within 24hrs and proceed with the exchange subject to examination of damages. The piece(s) can only be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Customised Products
We do not accept any exchanges on customized products as they are made to order and will end up as dead stock otherwise leading to wastage! If you are getting an order customised, please make sure you provide adequate information about the required customisation that you wish to have.
In case, you do not wish to exchange your product right away and wish to wait for the next collection, we will issue you a credit note which can be availed within a period of 1 year.
